Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchased products, you are eligible to submit a return request within 30 days upon delivery for a refund. All returned goods must be kept in original condition with intact original packaging. Kindly place a note inside your return parcel including your Order ID, full‑name and the reason for your return.

We are unable to process refunds or exchanges once the 30‑day return window expires. We also reserve the right to decline refunds if returned items get damaged resulting from improper use, negligence, rough handling, accidental breakage, abuse or abnormal operation.

After we receive and inspect your returned package, your refund (excluding the initial delivery fees, which are non‑refundable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7‑12 business days.

If the refund has not appeared in your account after that period, first re‑check your bank or credit‑card statement. Then reach out to your card‑issuing company, since financial institutions often require additional processing time to post refunds.

Exchanges
To apply for an exchange, please contact our customer‑service team with your valid Order ID. Exchange items are limited to products with a value equal to or lower than your originally‑purchased goods.

Enclose a written note stating your Order ID, your full‑name together with detailed information of your desired replacement product. Once approved, we will reship your new item free‑of‑charge and send you a confirmation‑email after shipment.

How to Initiate Returns
You have to get prior approval before sending items back. Submit your return application by emailing our support team at service@chovhouse.com with your order number. Our representatives will send you detailed return guidelines and our authorized return address afterwards. Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted.

Customers bear return‑shipping costs unless products arrive defective or we shipped incorrect items. Original delivery charges from your initial checkout are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
